Return Policy
Return Period:
You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
Condition:
Items must be in the same condition as received, including any original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@hannakiko.com. Once your return request is confirmed, the item must be shipped back to us within 2 business days.
After confirmation, you will have one business day to provide us with the tracking number.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that transaction fees, Shopify payment processing fees, payment gateway fees, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Returns and Refunds for Klarna Payments
For orders paid via Klarna, we offer the option to receive a store credit instead of a cash refund. The store credit will reflect the returned item’s value minus Klarna processing fees, Shopify fees, and any shipping costs. This allows us to maintain fair accounting while giving you purchasing power in our store for future orders.
